Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is confirmed, most deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Delivery availability and timelines for other US territories including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may vary. Please contact us before placing your order if you're located outside the contiguous US.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier conditions such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and in some cases it may also be related to stock availability. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, feel free to reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you find out more.
